Daniel Drewes of Loveland, Colorado passed away on June 1, 2020 at McKee Medical Center with his older sister by his side.
He was born on December 23, 1957 to William and Alta Drewes in Columbus, Ohio. He lived in Columbus until he moved to Westminster, Colorado in 1990, and then made the move to Loveland in 2017. He graduated from Franklin University after previously attending Capital University in Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Alta Weithman; his father, William Drewes; brother, David Drewes; stepfather, Edward Weithman; and his two pairs of dogs, Quart and Rip, and Buddy and Max.
He is survived by his older sister, Jenny Graham and husband, Bruce; niece, Bonnie Torrez, and her husband, Roger, and children; nephew, Adam Berger, and his wife, Lexie, and children; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and his younger sister. His two dogs, Missy and Aurora, also survive him.
No official service will be held at this time.
