Cynthia Marie Harrison, 62, of Loveland, CO died on August 30, 2018, in her home.
Cindy was born on November 27, 1955 in Mansfield Ohio to John And Jenny Griffin, the second of three children.
While in school, Cindy was a majorette, something she was very proud of. She enjoyed sports, especially her Denver Broncos. She had a gift for crafting, whether it be making beaded music boxes, or crocheting blankets and scarves.
More than anything else, she loved spending time with her family, playing dice, cards, board games, or simply hanging out.
Always a caring and gracious woman, Cindy was loved by everyone she met. During her time at Medical Center of the Rockies, she quickly became a nurse favorite, and when she transferred to North Shore Health and Rehab, she quickly made new friends, from other patients to those helping to care for her.
Cindy quickly accepted her illness, and kept a positive spirit until the end. When the cancer took her legs. She threatened everyone around her to a good butt kicking as soon as she got better. That day did not come, but we all know she's waiting for us in heaven with a smile, a laugh, and legs that work.
Cindy is survived by her husband of 44 years Gary, her son Benjamin (his wife, Nicole), her two daughters, Jennifer and Heather (Her husband, Cody), and her grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Christian, Dylan, and Braelyn.
Cindy was preceded in death by her father, John, her Mother Jenny, her older brother Johnny, and her younger brother Bruce.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 5, at 10am at Viegut Funeral Home in Loveland, Colorado.
