Addison “Addi” Jo Brooks, age 14, was born to Delayne Brooks and Jamie McKinley in Fort Collins, CO, passed away April 24th at Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley Colorado.
Addi attended Highland Middle School in Ault, also attended Boltz Middle School in Fort Collins. Addi enjoyed soccer, horseback riding, hunting, cooking and everything outdoors. Spending time with family and friends was what made Addi the happiest. She will be most remembered for her easy smile and beautiful green eyes. Addi will be missed by many.
Addi is survived by her father Delayne Brooks, mother Jamie McKinley, stepfather John McKinley, sister Kimber McKinley; Grandfather Gary “Popo” Brooks, Grandmother Linda Ryan, Grandparents Bobbi and Ralph Stansbury, and Grandparents Bob and Joan McKinley; Aunt Holly Brooks (cousins Darby and Chloe Bolt), Aunt Jeri (Tony) Wilkes (cousin Maxwell), Uncle Danny (Jay) Stansbury (cousins Jade and Jesse), Ben (Sharon) McKinley (cousins Ava, Lena, Reese, and Claire), and uncle Nick McKinley.
Preceded in death by Grandfather James Hathaway and Mitch Anderson.
Visitation and viewing with family and friends will be Monday, April 29th, evening from 7-9pm, and services being held Tuesday at 10am – both being held at Foundations Church, 1380 North Denver Ave in Loveland Colorado. There will be a lunch to follow.
