Adam Matthew Eades, 37, passed away May 8, 2019 in Loveland, CO after a 15-month battle with ALS/Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
Adam was born in Crawfordsville, IN to Shannon and Luke Eades on December 8, 1981. He graduated from Bloomington High School South in 2000, Purdue University in 2005 with a BS in electrical engineering, and St. Louis University Law School in 2013 with a Juris Doctorate. Adam loved playing with his children, cooking and entertaining with Kirsten, cheering on the Chicago Bears, floating in Lake of the Ozarks with a Bud heavy, travelling the world and calling shenanigans whenever possible.
Adam will be missed everyday by his wife Kirsten; daughter Catherine; son Henry; parents Shannon and Luke Eades; brother Alex (Amanda) Eades; sister Elise Kirkpatrick; Grandparents Helen and Charles Coghlan and Sharon and Mark Eades; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends from near and far.
A special thank you to Linda and Craig Changstrom and Halcyon Hospice for their loving care and support.
